Visualization of the contradictions in the Bible taken from The Scripture Project by Steve Wells (see the Projects section of
The bars that run along the bottom of the visualization represent the 1189 chapters in The Bible, with the length of each bar corresponding to the number of verses in each chapter. White bars represent the Old Testament and grey bars represent The New Testament. Each arc indicates a contradiction.

What do you think?

I'll just copy and paste what I wrote in the other community. I hope no one minds. =)

I looked up the first few, just out of curiosity. This person obviously didn't do research. For example: Where did Aaron die? He said it was a contradiction because one verse said Mt. Hor and another said Moserah. It's the exact same place on the map. I'm sure there are logical explanations for the other "contradictions." If you want me to research one in particular, I will. But I'm not going to go through all of them. Mostly because no one would read it. =) Interesting piece of artwork though.

Tanya, if you don't mind, I just posted in the other debate community. If you want to have the same conversation over here too, that's fine, but I though it'd be easier for both of us to do it in one spot. Unless someone else in the community wants to weigh in.

That's very interesting to look at. I think it might've blown my mind a little if I'd seen it back in the ol' Catholic school days....
