Hi my now 3yr old has bad constipation & I have been to many paediatricians & also a specialist but everyone seems to advice me to stay on osmolax for him now my main concern is he is now dependent on it as he was from the start because without it he struggles anyway before osmolax he was on a few other things that we were told to try but since then he has now been on osmolax for over a year now & I am also now concerned as there was a dosage for children between age 2-6yrs & since the new packaging I have now noticed there is no dosage for that age group it starts from 4yrs & it states that it is not recommended for children under 4yrs of age... So I have been giving him osmolax since he was 2yrs old as it was recommended but now I have no idea if it was the wrong choice & what like to know if anyone knows the reasons for them changing the recommened age for osmolax.. Really worried.. Any advice will help thank you all ... Mary

My acupuncturist told me to use essence of thym or oregano (make the bed smell by putting a few drops on the sheet) . I have a infant and it seems to have worked for me.
