constitution with a warning label??

i found this gem and wondered what all of you thought of it. http://chicksontheright.com/2010/06/05/t...

i'd like to hear from the publishing company and see what they have to say. i simply cannot understand why the constitution needs to have a disclaimer on it.

i don't think there needs to be as much craziness either, but i do agree with the sentiments that it's completely unnecessary to do that. it's the friggin constitution, it shouldn't have any type of bias put on it, it is what it is. id dont' know, it just seems ridiculous.

Well, it is controversial material, but it's also a living document that should be discussed and challenged, that's what the founders intended. I'm not sure a warning label is required like that, but I don't think it's as much as an afront as the lady on that blog seems to.
