My very first gut reaction was: "So what?" I had no sympathy, but at the same time I do think a line was crossed that shouldn't have been. No matter what, everyone is entitled to some privacy.

If I was advising one of the people who's numbers and email was given out, I would dump those numbers and email addresses and get new ones - and not give them to anyone but family! Yes, it's a major inconvenience, but at the same time if it's the only way to save your sanity, well...

If it was ME that this happenned to, it would push me more towards the OTHER side of thinking as well... I would think "These people who are supposed to be on MY 'side' are giving out my personal info and telling others to 'harrass' me? WTF?" But that's just me, I guess...

Haha that makes me laugh! Yes, they probably did overstep the line however, it was a good way to get the message across.
