Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Do they go flip-flop?
Do they jiggle when you walk?
Do Your Boobs Hang Low?

Because mine do. I want to get them "fixed". I've started a fund for Meegies new boobies. But... I hear many moms say that this is a terrible thing to do. That they wear their boobs as a "mommy badge". That they are proud of their saggy boobs. I think that is just a bunch of rubbish. Any thoughts?

I used to want a boob job like you wouldn't believe. Lucky for me my boobs stayed 2 sizes bigger after nursing and I don't THINK they are that saggy. But anyway, the only thing that really made me change my mind was having a son. I totally support woman doing things to make themselves feel better about themselves BUT now that I have a boy, I really do feel strongly about teaching him that a woman doesn't need to have big perky boobs to be beatuiful and lets face it...MOST of us dont. I

It's hard to know whether mine hang lower than boobs in the general population of people my own age because I don't see that many. They hang lower than the nice fake boobs that celebs have. Most famous people either have surgery or cover up when they reach a certain age. It makes me wonder if it's not more of a perception than reality. We all think we need boob jobs and tummy tucks, but do we? Even if you get the boobs done, ageing and sagging are still gonna happen everywhere else.

My boobs aren't saggy at all, but that's probably because theres next to nothing there anyway. I only have a B-cup. When my milk came in I went up to a C-cup for a few days, but I never breastfed and I stopped pumping after the first couple weeks so they went back to normal.

I would still like to get them fixed, though. I want to make them just a bit bigger and fuller, so they're nice and round like porn-star boobs. My mom got breast implants when I was 10 (11 years ago) and still has them... she got saline instead of silicone and they're not super saggy (after 4 kids) but they do age with her. She doesn't look like a 50 year old with 20 year old boobs, you know?

I had a reduction at 17, due to my boobs being so large that they had their own postal code. So I don't think I'll need any lifting or hoisting anytime soon, thank goodness.

I WOULD love to have a tummy tuck, though. And I am fully planning on getting sclerotherapy -- pregnancy did a real number on my legs. They're all covered in spider veins and I have a real charmer of a varicose vein going up the inside of my left leg. I love wearing skirts and dresses anyway, but it'd be nice to be able to look at my legs and see skin, not a frigging Rand McNally map of Italy.

I'd love a boob job, after I finish having kids. I used to look after an old lady who was 80-something and still wore makeup every day and had had a boob job and they didn't sag.

If a woman is uncomfortable and wants to do this for HERSELF then she has every right to .

Its quiet egotistical of men to assume its done for men , not my kind of guy to think the world revolves around them .

ps. I have a terrible self image that I do not want to pass on to my daughter. If I feel confident in my self, she will be confident in who she is. It will not matter how I got there,...just that I am. And right now looking in the mirror hurts like hell.

Screw that..I am getting nice boobs after our next big tax return. I have the kids and the bags under my eyes (plus the stretch marks) I do not need any more badges that scream mommy. I want one that says sexy. I am NOT proud of my bags o milk. I was saggy before the kids...now I look like a 60 year old women that still has kids latching on! GO FOR THE NICE BOOBIES! They are for you and whoever you want to see them. Feeling good about yourself means alot.

high heals, face lifts, toxic chemicals that dye hair, operations to remove fat, adjust a nose, inflate boobs .... starvation diets, throwing up after every meal .... what message are we sending our daughters? What message are we sending our sons?

I know many men who are offended by all of this. They don't want the women they love to suffer or be anything but who they are, in fact, they are turned off by all of this because they see it as fake and they are offended that women think they want them to look starved and inflated. One guy I know said, "you women must really hate us, think very little of us, if you think we want you to go under the knife to have bigger boobs."

My kind of guy

Yup, I'm getting a lift/enhancement when I'm done having kids (so... considering I'm swearing this one is my last one, maybe for Christmas?). I have small boobs that go from A to B depending on my weight at the time, and they are saggy and weird. I can't wait to get them redone. I don't know if I ever had nice boobs, considering I had my first when I was 17, and I didn't get boobs til I was 15. I'd like to have nice knockers for once in my life.

Go for it!!! I fully support boob changes; go bigger, go smaller, go up, whatever you want ^_^.
I'm like Jenny; I grew C cups overnight (maybe over the course of a week) and by the next year I was up to a DDD, and now I am an H. So I am definitely getting my boobs reduced and lifted.
I haven't tried the cat test (lol Kate you're awesome) but I failed the small-hammer test :P

Go for it, if it makes you happy. I wan't a tummy tuck, I can personally live with wearing a push up bra for the saggy boobs, but I can't deal with my little pouch that likes to protrude in all of my clothing!

I failed the pencil test. Also failed the butter knife test, coke can test, apple test, and cat test.

...I was bored and drunk and decided to see what I could fit under there. The cat was not pleased.

[deleted account]

Oh dear I've never passed the pencil test so I guess my boobs hang low (although I don't think they do they look fine to me and my hubby).

Haha Christina the version I sing is different to the both of yours

Do your balls hang low
Can you swing 'em to and fro
Can you tie 'em in a knot
Can you tie 'em in a bow
Do you get a funny feeling
When you bounce 'em off the ceiling
Do you get a funny feeling
When your balls hang low

;-)

BAHAHAHA!!!!! After I tried breastfeeding my son, I used to sing that (no lie- I really did) and my mom just used to laugh at me.

But my version was more like the 'Do your ears hang low'. I used to sing
"Do your boobs hang low?
Do they wobble to and fro?
Can you tie them in a knot?
Can you tie them in a bow?
Can you throw them over your shoulder like a continental soldier?
Do your boobs hang low?"

Sorry, I just found it funny that I wasn't the only one that sang that! Oh my gosh.

Honestly, my boobs don't seem to be as low as they used to be.

Have you tried doing exercises to tighten the muscles?? If not, maybe try that first and then if you see no results, go for the surgery. I don't know if I would do the surgery, but then again, I guess I won't be 100% sure until I've had more than 1 baby. Good luck!

I have to say even though i love my body now after bubs number 2,shes 20mths..if i had the money i would have them lifted.I am so selfish..i would love another child but i dont want to lose my figure..i was so lucky to get it back by doing nothing.lol :-)

Yes, even if I get my boobies done they will still sag in the future, and a lot of the rest of me will as well. *I gasp*. BUT... I'm only 24. My husband and I have 2 amazing little boys. So we're done having kiddos, (he says) ;). Eh who know what will happen. I figure, the rest of me that got loosened up during pregnancy and after and during my lazy days, I can tighten those parts back up. But my saggy DD boobies will never go back to the fantastic C they were before we had kids. I mean I used to pass the pencil test! (For those moms who don't know what that is, you put a pencil on the underside of the breast and if you sag enough the pencil will stay there. To pass the test, you have to be perky enough that the pencil falls the minute you let go.) Oh and here is some great news I discovered recently. The surgeon can do a "cookie cut" procedure on the areola. So if you are like me and it seems like your areola is pretty massive, they kind of "cookie cut" it to make it smaller. How cool is that? I kept thinking that I would have to keep the boobs big just so I didn't look disproportionate.

[deleted account]

Sharon... I figure my boobs should match the rest of me. I'm smaller than a lot of the 4th/5th graders in every other way, so... why not? ;)

[deleted account]

Whatever makes YOU happy and confident with your body. I was completely opposite and had an augmentation doen 2 years ago. THE BEST thing I ever did for MYSELF, and sorry I waited so long fo rit. I love my new look, and never regretted a thing. You have no idea how utterly depresing and disgusting it is to have a 10 year old body on top-literally. Plus, there were 4th/5th graders who actually were BIGGER than me. I don't mnd talknig about my augmentation if anyone wants to privately send me a message. I can send you an amazing link for women that have, or considering a boob job, or for those seeking a reduction, there is a another forum there about finding the right plastic surgeon.

Oh get them done they are so not a mommy badge... I go from a DDD to an F and I so want to get my done but I know that I will have to pay for them myself because after the new healthcare law my insurance will not pay for them even if Im hurting like hell!! And unfortunately it will take me a million years to save up for them and then I will be an old fart and it will not matter than. But go for it you need to feel good and look good!! :)

I hated my boobs after I stopped bf-ing my son. I thought that I didn't like them while I was bf-ing because they were TOO big and made me look top heavy (I'm not a big girl). But at least they were full and perky- afterwards they shrunk to a decent size but were flatter and saggier. I treated myself to a good Victoria's Secret bra and felt better when wearing it at least! And hubby loves them and thinks I'm crazy for complaining lol.

Now I'm pregnant again, and they're bigger again, and though I am definitely looking forward to breastfeeding this baby, I'm not looking forward to how much worse they will look afterwards!

That said, I don't think I'd have the guts (let alone money) to get a boob job.

I can't wait to have my super DDD pendulous boobies reduced to a more wearable size and at the same time give them a little lift!
I don't wear them as a badge, I wear them like a vest! lol
Seriously though, I have nursed for over 10 years combined, and when I'm done with my little man, it will be about 12. They are not what they used to be, and I want them back!

Fully get them fixed! I lucked out and mine have stayed pretty much the same size and on the same area of my body. But if they had sagged badly I would have no qualms about walking into a surgeon's office to get my perky little boobs back.

Saggy titties aren't a badge of mommy-hood, they're a badge of gravity. If you want to have it done, do it. Other moms are probably just upset that they can't afford it. :P

[deleted account]

I'm actually against cosmetic surgery for strictly cosmetic purposes (birth defects, pain correction, etc.. are not in this category), so.... ;)

I have TINY boobs and they still sag. Oh well. :)

[deleted account]

My boobs are bigger but not lower than before I had my son, I would say they are still rather perky (but nowhere near as perky as my best mates hers actually stay exactly where they are when she takes her bra off mine do not and never have). I am happy ish with my body (just need to lose a few pounds) so no surgery here but if you want surgery as long as you research the surgeon (and don't go for the cheapest option there's a reason it is cheapest) then go for it :-)

Having my second child gave me a great tummy/body..i laugh with friends that the docs felt sorry for me and there feck up the gave me a tummy tuck after my emergency c-section..lol.

my boobs went back from a dd to b..there not there original perky self but the dont move when walking etc so i cant complain.I am 100% happy with every inch of my body.If you are not with your boobs you get them fixed and i wish you the very best..we all dont feel the same when it comes to our bodies whether or not we have children or not..do what makes you feel better about your body, about yourself.I wasnt happy after my first especially with my dd boobs..I'm petite so the stuck out a mile and i felt horrible about myself..if i had the choice then to fix them..i would of in a heartbeat.:-)

Totally get them lifted if you want to! Just get all the facts about what's involved first. Funny story...I took my mom to get her boobs done when I was in college. She had wanted it done all her life, but waited because she didn't want me to have any kind of self confidence issues(jokes on her since I got the big boob side of the family). So one day I told her to get in the car and we went to Plastic Surgeon. She's never regretted it and (tmi) my dad loves it too. Yuck! :P lol

[deleted account]

ACK! Fix your boobies...or don't, I don't really care but being proud and wearing them as a "mommy badge" is disturbing.....I've never heard that!
