What do you think? I actually cannot find the original article that stated almost all ADHD symptoms in kids go away if they exercise for 15 minutes out of every hour.

I think if it works it is brilliant. Afterall, how many of us did really well sitting in school all day, stationary? I know I didn't.

I could see it working for kids who have hyperactive ADHD, but not for those who have inattentive ADHD. It would give the hyperactive kids that burst of activity so that they could calm themselves down.
Kids have different types and I don't think that all types would benefit from extra excercise.

it makes sense. i know my son (he has adhd) does better WHILE he's exercising. not really sure if it helps him stay calm and focused all day long, i'd say that's a stretch. 15 minutes every hour is also hard to accomplish, there are other things i need to do, and he needs to do, so making sure it gets done is kinda impossible. :)
