For fun. Weird stuff your kids love to eat! Or maybe it's what you eat or loved when you were pregnant.

So my oldest is a very picky eater but he loves strawberries (not so weird) but then he'll dip them in vegimite, weird and revolting.

My youngest who'll eat just about anything love to dip all kinds of food into vanilla yogurt. Today it was chicken chippees. Other times were vegemite sandwiches or crackers, cheese, spaghetti with sauce, any kind of fruit or veg, chocolate, eggs, toast and the list goes on and on.

Me...Sandwiches I like are cheese and honey, cheese and almonds, vegimite and lettuce (sometimes with walnuts too), egg and tomato sauce, chips or hot chips and tomato sauce, my favourite is some kind of deli meat doesn't matter what with sweet mustard pickles, cheese, onion, bacon, tomato sauce and american mustard. I also like anchovies in all my salads and on all my pizzas.

My mother's sandwich habits are even stranger. Her favourite? Peanut butter, strawberry jam, sultanas and sardines. YUK! YUK! YUK! yes that's on one sandwich.

So what are your and loved one's culinary guilty pleasures?

ok so we're all weird, some I have to try. Just had a ginger cosmopolitan Yum think it's my new favourite drink 1shot vodka, 1shot ginger wine, 1shot cranberry juice, a few drops lime juice and a slice of lime over ice. I thought that sounded not so good but it's delicious, cold and refreshing. Just right for our long, hot summer.

Here's my weird thing. I like raw steak. I eat pieces of it when I'm cutting one to cook.

And Evelyn eats all her shrimp raw.

Toasted peanut butter and dill pickle sandwiches are awesome! Everyone I tell that to thinks I'm nuts and even I thought it was gross when I first heard it, but after I tried it...YUM!

I ate about a million lemons while I was pregnant. (and yes, the baby likes sour things but makes the funniest faces; we used to sit him on the table at restaurants and feed him lemon slices to amuse the serving staff - yes, you may judge us...)

My son is a dipper, too! It's so incredibly gross. Carrots into ketchup? yes, please! fish into salsa? Delicious! Anything into plain yogurt? the best thing ever!

I personally love anchovies if i'm in the mood I can eat them without adding them to anything but they taste best in a salad.

Strangest thing my youngest eats is cardboard. Empty toilet rolls, He will follow me to the loo and if I throw the empty roll out the door he will snavel it and start eating it.
All my kids like liver, But I never thought it was strange.

Heh -- I used to put peanut butter on my hot dogs when I was a kid. I tried it again recently as an adult, and yeah...it's still good. :)

So far my kid doesn't have any weird food tastes. When I was pregnant, though, I was ALL about anything pink grapefruit-flavoured. I used to drink pink grapefruit juice by the gallon.

My kid likes liver. I don't even care for it. I make it because it's good for you and my husband likes it. The kid has a taste for it. She also likes plain, no flavor or sugar added, yogurt. Fine by me!

Gabby loves spicy food too! I caught her drinking the tobasco sauce once. She eats banana peppers and jalapenos even asks for them on everything. I gave her oatmeal for breakfast one day and she asked for peppers. Its hilarious. Its like an obsession.

My son loves green beans or wax beans and fat free ranch dip to dip them into. He eats this as a snack quite often.

I guess I do like chocolate covered bugs. But I don't think that's really weird. They have a delightful crunch. And they don't stink of rotten fish eggs.

My one year old and two year old love hot stuff ...my two year old will eat a fresh chilli , freaked me out the first time he took a bite ( I didnt let him he got it out of the fridge ) and said mmm and kept eating it ! I had eaten one chopped into my stir fry and I love hot food but it was hot for my palate too....then again he loved sucking on the pepper grinder when he was younger.

I will eat pretty much anything , weirdest probably a sea urchin.

I don't think I eat anything weird. The kid though - what is it with the dip? She will dip anything into anything else. Steak in strawberry yogurt? Sure. A blueberry muffin in dill dip? Yum. It seriously grosses me out.

My husband doesn't combine food in any strange way, but he eats pickled herring and that is gross enough for me. I'm not very picky but I draw the line at pickled fish products. Just...stinky. It just makes me think of herring season back when I lived on the beach and they'd all lay their eggs and a bunch would wash up on the beach and it was just so stanky. Eeew. It even smelled inside the house.
