Actually it would be good if he ran. They really don't have any credible person in the line up, unless you count Mitt Romney. ugh. Either way, it's all going to be good times.

Ooh, I see why he's leaving now. He just announced his bid for the presidency in 2012. Oy vey...

Man, if that were true, the ladies over at Republican Moms would need a cleanup on Aisle 7 after their gigantic collective orgasm.

It's great...but he does still have a national radio show, and for some reason, people continue to buy his books...so his effect may not diminish all that much...but, I guess it's okay to take this brief minute to celebrate a moral victory...

Oh shit. That sucks. There I was, so happy I almost immigrated just to campaign for him (our election is a tad dull). I had this awesome image of Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Glenn Beck, Donald Trump and Newt Gingrich all sparring in the Republican primary debates. Tears of joy were running down my face.

Damn you for getting my hopes up!

What? He's going to run for president? Where did you hear that? I tried Googling it.... although maybe the very thought of it broke the Google.

I find it difficult to sit through any news programs anymore. They all have their own spin and you rarely seem to find an unbiased opinion.

I just can't imagine that there aren't more intelligent people in the world. People in the news, politicians, lobbyists.... Where are the educated people hiding? There has to be better than the idiots we're being offered.

I'm SO happy!

I've read that his ratings have dropped tremendously in the last year. While he's still rated in the top 3, he's lost quite a bit of his audience, which doesn't bode well.

@Kati: My guess is that Fox figured, "Why are we paying this man all this money to spew his bullshit when we can just bring the Republicans in as guests and they'll do it for free?"

i wonder what the reasoning is? did they realize how much crap this man spews, or is it just because his ratings are down 30% lately. i highly doubt it's just him deciding to up and leave the way he makes it seem.

SAWEEEEET!!! Steve, being the fair man that he is, listens to Fox News from time to time. He says he like to hear what the "other side" is spewing lol When he watches Fox, I either have to leave the room or I end up bickering with the tv lol
