Try having a bran muffin for breakfast and one with lunch until it goes away. Then just have one for breakfast each morning. It helped me. =) I like bran muffins though. LOL

that iron will do it everytime..inside the vitamins..colace, lactulose..surfak...let the doctor know and increase your green leafy veggies.....

Tell your doctor silly ! :) I know its sort of embarrising. But Pre-natal vitamins include almost double the amount of iron that a normal adult should have, which causes some people to "sieze" up. When I was pregnant, I took a vitamin called "Prenate Elite" it inlcudes everything that a normal pre-natal does and a natural laxitive, which helped regulate everything! Good luck!
