Just something that I've noticed....

There are a lot of women in DM that would appear not to even like the group. I've heard of women slandering this group in other groups and here is my question: If you don't like how this group is run or the people that are in it, why do you stay? Just to be a shit disturber? Because honestly, shouldn't we all be mature women?
Just sayin'.

********MOD POST*********
I'm going to lock to this thread as it isn't really a debate, nor asking for advice.

I hope that everyone enjoys DM's, being a debate group, it's a very hard task to moderate, we can't please all the people all of the time, but we do try to make DM's a fair and fun place for all those involved.

If people do have issues with the way things are done, you can always send me a PM, and I will do my best to sort out any grievances, but this is a voluntary position, I'm not here 24/7.

Thank You.

I agree. I notice that some of the women who are slandering DM in other groups are actually starting threads in here as well as in the other groups. If you're going to talk badly about this group, walk away.

We should all be mature enough that if we're unhappy in a group, we simply leave the community and leave it at that rather than bad mouthing the group while remaining an active member.

It's like when people hear a DJ on the radio that offends them or sees something on TV that really pisses them off and rather than just CHANGE THE CHANNEL they make it a point to keep watching or listening and bitching about it. "See! See how rude that guy is? I'll write him a letter and tell him how offensive he is. That'll show him!"

If you don't like something...don't watch/listen/join/whatever.

I like seeing different opinions, its a place where i can voice my own. If i see someone doing something i don't agree with IRL, i don't call them out on it. Its their life, they do what they want. Here, i can say what i feel like about the topic and for the most part, not be personally attacked. Some people can't handle if an individual is against what they do. Kind of the always needing to be right human trait most of us have. So to "get back" in their childish manner, slander the group and individuals. If they get other people agreeing with them. They can feel better about being called out on something others see as wrong. Its about self righteousness as far as i can see..Plus some people thrive on controversy. Probably why they keep coming back.

hopefully i get my thought across and it didn't come out as gibberish hahaha

Yeah, I don't get it either. It's like continuing to go to a restaurant when you don't like the food, just so that you can have the joy of bitching about the place.

Good point. I haven't notice the slandering in other groups, but I have noticed it here.
