Perez Hilton might be in some hot water after posting an uncensored photo of Miley Cyrus' private parts to his Twitter account.

Early Monday morning, Hilton posted a picture of the 17-year-old pop star wearing a short white dress and no underwear. In the photo, Cyrus is in the midst of climbing out of an open-topped convertible car with her lady parts exposed.

For his two million plus followers to see, the celebrity blogger posted the picture with the following introduction, "If you are easily offended, do NOT click here. Oh, Miley! Warning: truly not for the easily offended!"

But it's the celebrity blogger that might need a warning. Cyrus is underage. Police might consider her naked image child pornography.

Recently, Cryus has been facing a barrage of criticism for being too sexy due to skimpy concert outfits and her edgy single, "Can't Be Tamed"

It is unclear if Hilton will face any legal trouble, but he might be setting himself up for yet another celebrity feud.

So what so you think? Should Perez face child porn charges?

just another thing --

teens texting naked pictures has been a big issue lately.. there's even public service announcements about them on MTV. if charges aren't pressed it's just sending a too relaxed message that teen/underage nudity/pornography is acceptable. girls should hold themselves to a higher standard than that and letting this go will do nothing to improve the situation.

IF I had a daughter that was running around with NO panties on acting like an adult. It would be her own damn fault. I wouldn't be happy about a crotch shot, that is not what I am saying. I am saying that if she is going to put herself out there in a skimpy dress and not get out of a vehicle like a lady, then she better get over the fact that someone could take a picture of her privates.

I personally think this is a bunch of crap and there is no reason for him to be charge with anything... We as a society are a bunch of hypocrites. She is 17. She knew when she left her house or where ever that she didn't have any panties on. HOW is she innocent. We will sit here and say he is wrong and needs to be charged with child pornography, but if a 13 year old kills someone they are charge as an adult.

Can someone please explain the double standard???? IF they are SOO innocent that at 17 they don't know to NOT have sex or text naked pictures or video tape themselves having sex. Then how are they capable of understanding that murder is wrong???? They are not innocent.. Not at 17 and not at 15. They know their actions are wrong. Whether it is not wearing panties and letting someone take a picture of their private parts or sending a picture they took themselves to others. They are NOT as innocent as we (society) makes them out to be.

Here is my point exactly. People tend to justify this because Miley is in the public eye and may not have a squeeky clean image as of right now. She is still a child. Maybe she isn't wearing panties, maybe it's photoshoped. Either way, it doesn't give him the right to distribute pictures of the incident. She is a minor. He showed pictures of her vagina to the world. It's illegal and with him being so much in the public eye, he should be well aware of that line you can't cross. He should be charged equally to any creep with pictures of minors that they shouldn't have. These laws are out there for a reason, and they should be upheld and punished in all cases.

NO! She is a celebrity and they know they're going to be photographed and still chose to wear no underwear. It's paparazzi and nothing more.

i do not like perez hilton whatsoever.. yuck i hold no truth to what he says.. ugghhhh disturbing

Sorry but if she was my daughter she'd have a good slap for not wearing underwear its not as if she cant afford to buy some for christ sakes. And as for the Hilton bloke i'd send my hubby round to slap him too!

From what I read, she was actually wearing undies but I haven't seen the original picture.

Marabeth what does Miley have to gain, publicity and therefore money, what does the photographer have to gain, publicity and money. How do we know this whole situation is not a set up?

If you don't want a VPL wear a thong, there are enough different types of underwear to cover you up in any outfit.

As for the family saying its what girls that age do would they be so understanding if she came home drunk and pregnant like plenty of girls her age?

I'm sorry. I was too shocked when I saw she had a sister who looked exactly like her. I think they're clones.

Of course he should be charged...he distributed naked pics of a minor...period.

Now...somebody also needs to tell the Cyrus family what a child is...When Miley reportedly gave a lapdance to her boss at a recent party, her father commented "that's what girls her age do", and last year her sister released a "fashion line" that consisted mostly of skanky clothes and lingerie...I posted a link below

Many women dont wear undies particularly under tight dresses they just dont like the undie line , The point of it is , she IS underage , he is a grown man posting photos across the internet of a minor's vagina , he SHOULD be charged .

Marabeth, many celebrities seem to like going panty-less when wearing super short clothes (skirts/dresses/shorts).. But anway, regardless of that.. Have you seen her new video? She's practically wearing lingerie. Not saying it's true that she did go w/o undergarments, but I wouldn't put it past her after seeing that video.

Yes, I do think he should face charges. She is underage and he had no right to post that picture of her for the world to see. Granted, she should have had better sense to A) Not wear that short of a dress and/or B) WEAR UNDERWEAR. Personally, I just think it's unsanitary to go undergarment-less.. But that's another debate. regardless of her indiscretion, she is still not an adult and he had absolutely no right to do that to her.

it still remains to be seen (ha-ha) if she was actually without panties. that could have been totally photoshopped. i mean come on, what do the photographers stand to gain from that? and what does miley stand to gain from going panty-less? which answer is most logical?

I think he should get some sort of punishment. Not as harsh as child pornography because he didn't put it up for sexual gratification and probably wasn't completely aware of the repercussions of what he was doing (come on, it's Perez Hilton, he's kind of an idiot). But he should get some sort of punishment to perhaps encourage him to shut up. Miley should start wearing underwear, also; she sets herself up for that kind of shit.

if it were any other 17 year old there would be no question that he should be charged. no doubt in my mind he should be, dirty old skeez bucket that he is!

Yes , i cant stand him , he is a whiny little bitch who deserves everything he gets , you cant go around life talking trash , treating people like shit especially little girls ( whether you like her or not ) like Miley like they are adults who can withstand a barrage of attacks from a grown man .

he is a pathetic excuse for a person .

If she is going out in public without underwear then surely an adult is legally responsible for her and should be charged with child neglect? This isn't the first time she has had controversial photos taken of her. Maybe she enjoys the publicity?
From the photographer's point of view she was out in public dressed like this so she can't complain if anyone takes the picture, If the photographer had forced her to dress like this and have the photo taken that would be an offence. She is as guilty as the photographer in this case.

i've since seen the picture (it was censored) and the dress she was wearing wasn't what i'd consider to be skanky. just a summery white dress. it's not super tight or anything! and honestly, it could have just been a photographer photoshopping over her panties. i mean, given who she is and everything why wouldn't she wear panties? she totally seems like a panty-wearer to me. i don't buy it.

she's underage, so it's against the law, plain and simple. No matter who she is, how much money she has, how old she pretends to be, she's still considered a child legally. And as much as I like Perez, he knew better, and if he didn't realize posting a picture of a 17 year old's girl bits online was against the law, maybe he should have his website taken away from him as well.

Give Miley a few more years to perfect her dirty girl image and she will be a crazy whorebag like Britney Spears. Why do so many of these pre-teen starts go on to become scandalous and inappropriate...

Perez should still be charged even if Miley is instigating the "sexy" persona that she wants fans to see her as.

I think that issues like this have to be black and white...you can't say it's not child porn in this case, but it is in another. I don't believe his intent to be the same as someone who engages in child pornography, but you can't just let it slide. He knew better...or his lawyers should have.

i think every single woman in the world has accidently shown something she didn't mean to. i know if she wears that kind of outfit (i didn't exactly see it, i'm just guessing what it must be like) she's asking for it but i think it's safe to say everyone makes mistakes. i think he should face child pornography charges. he's been blogging/publishing for a long time now and should be well aware of the law. not to mention ignorance of the law is never an excuse. if i was her mother i would press charges. if i was her i would expect my mom to press charges. if i were him, i would understand charges being pressed. she's 17, anything under 18 is illegal. it couldn't be more black and white!

I think he should be charged. If anyone else put up a picture of a 17 year old on their Twitter account, it absolutely would not be tolerated and they would have the book thrown at them, as they should. I am definately not Miley Cyrus's biggest fan but she is still a minor. Maybe she didn't have underwear on, but that's not illegal. Wardrode malfunction is not illegal. Taking pictures of a minor's wardrobe malfunction and posting it online is illegal and is child porn. For me, it's not complicated. What he did was illegal. He should have known better and he should have to pay the price for his actions.

Oh Miley!! I loved watching Hannah Montana! Why do they all have to try and be 'bad girls'! What's wrong with being a good girl?

Anyway, I think it's pretty poor taste to post that kind of photo and he should face child porn charges. She is 17 after all and I think they need to be strict with these kinds of things. Set an example. Even though she is trying to get rid of her 'child' image, she is still underage. He should be charged.
