Prenatal gender selection is a really controversial issue. I would love to have a son to experience the joys and struggles of raising boys. IS it wrong though to select the gender, instead of leaving it up to nature???

The ratio of autistic boys to girls is 4 - 1. I could understand a parent of an autistic, or a child with a disability more common in one sex wanting to choose the gender of another baby.

I don't agree with it. You can have sex in certain positions, eat certain food, and have sex during certain points of your ovulation to increase the probability of having a boy. I did that with my second, and i got the girl I was trying to have. I would never go into a lab that has spun down my husbands sperm, picked out the boys and have my eggs fertilized with them. The thought of it makes me uneasy.
