Do you believe in star signs? Are they real, or just harmless fun? Which star sign are you and do you think your personality fits the sign?

I am a Capricorn and I fit the the typical description pretty well, almost to a T. The description that follows is a perfect, and I mean PERFECT depiction of me...

Positive Traits

• Practical and prudent
• Ambitious and disciplined
• Patient and careful
• Humorous and reserved

Negative Traits

• Pessimistic and fatalistic
• Miserly and grudging

Capricorn Likes: hot, simple food, antiques, history, duties and responsibilities, not being pressured by others, having plenty of unconditional love, lots of personal privacy, new books, and expensive gemstones.

Capricorn Dislikes:untidiness and disorder of all kinds, being teased, surprises, new ideas, loneliness, being made to feel useless or incompetent, and being embarrassed in public.

My moon sign is Aries and I would say my polar opposite except for this part is pretty true...

Housekeeping may serve as a safety-valve for these people, especially for women. They have plenty of energy for cleaning, repairing, cooking, but this happens in bursts, and if something isn't completed until the end of such a burst, it will be abandoned until the next time. Normally, the Moon in Aries can be a good cook (if it doesn't burn something in a haste), but everyday cooking is seen as humdrum and boring.

I think they have the ability to mean something. People have been studying the stars for thousands of years. It has to hold some truth, I think. I think it has a lot to do with perspective though.

I think they're just for fun. I am a Sagittarius and fit the profile for the most part. Then again, I could read into any of it and be like any of the signs. It's all in how you perceive it and make it fit with what you want to hear.

It all depends on the person. There is always a little truth in them if there wasn't so many people wouldn't be hooked. personally I find them to be good fun and like to see just how close it can get. Don't take it as gospel though because I believe that every decision I make can change the direction in which I am going, except for a few small things or should I say large things like when I am going to die I believe that is pre-determined (no I have no clue when that will be) and when I was born. the rest is up to me. Me I am a Taurus and under the Chineese I am a Tiger. how is that for a combination.

i think that just going by the month you are born, is not good enough. You need to take everything into consideration. Your birth date, year, time, and place you were born. Like me, i am a leo, that suits me to a certain extent. I am opinionated, passionate strong willed, full of enthusiasm, yet i can be over the top :P but my moon sign is in virgo, so i am environmentally conscious, i like order, I'm very creative, but i worry about everything. When you combine both sides of it, it fits me perfect. Both horoscopes can be mine depending on the circumstances. Most people are forgetting about the moon and just go by the sun.

For now, I think they are harmless fun but I may be open to changing my mind (because more often than not, my horoscopes are eerily correct). I am an Aries. Aries are stubborn...I am definitely that.
