Nope, I don't think so. When my son is 20, even if he is in tertiary education, I expect him to have a job. My step-daughter has had no problem with it. If you are having to fully support your 20 year old, and you have an issue with it, something you are doing is enabling the behaviour.

Supporting them to go to further education?

Supporting them because they are disabled or sick?
Supporting them because they have no job?

Supporting them in their decisions for xyz??????

What exactly do you mean?
