It was an accident. I swear some people are so sue happy it's ridiculous. Sure the guy probably didn't think it through and make the best call on saving both things on the same flash drive but I hardly doubt any of these 17 or 18 year old kids are going to be scarred or emotionally damaged by seeing 30 seconds of this. It probably took nearly that long for everyone to get over the surprise of that being on there and figure out WTF happened. Had someone intentionally shown it, it would be a different story but that's not the case. This guy made a mistake and is embarrassed. Let him serve a suspension or probation time and learn a lesson. Everyone else can move on.

I don't think 17 and 18 year olds would be too damaged by the images. I was having sex and watching porn at 16. It's just funny to me. If it was middle schooler's that would be different.

It sounds like the media made a much bigger deal about this than it actually was. If it was just frontal male nudity or a picture from behind....really? That's what we're considering "porn" now. LMAO If that's the case, we're exposing our children to porn during sex ed class. I'm pretty sure they're seeing full frontal there(even...:O an erection) Oh the horror!!! There should be some kind of monetary re-embursment here right? Anyone with me? no? ok

Similar thing happened near me recently, teacher had a porn film on his computer and kids saw about 5 seconds before he stopped it. In this case he resigned before being disciplined but the general feeling was that he would have had a warning but that his embarrassment was his main punishment.
Kids were 17 - 18 I'm sure they have seen a naked body before. If the kids were 10 years younger it would have been different. Pretend it was a sex ed class and no-one would make a fuss.

Well, considering these are high school kids, I don't really care. I also think it's funny. Like I really think my son won't be watching porn when he's in high school-probably middle school.

HAHAHA that is so funny!! If I were in high school and that happened it would have made my day, lol!

I definitely don't think that's something to sue over though. It was an accident, come on. No real harm was done. People will look for any excuse to sue.

Oh, sue away. Your 17 or 18 year old saw some nudity in a place they wouldn't expect, rather than on their laptop after you've gone to bed. Or at their friend's house during lunch when there were no parents present. Considering this is shit most teens get into a lot younger than 17 or 18, I find the whole thing funny. But... proclaim the loss of your child's precious innocence and sue because their eyes were exposed to images of the naked human body for 30 seconds (!), not to mention their exposure to that very contagious gayness. Please.

HA HA, at that age they are watching porn anyway so I don't see a problem with few accidental images.

I would've been a bit upset, I'm not going to lie. But I don't think I'd sue anybody. The CBB should definitely put the guy on a suspension at least, for pulling such a careless stunt. If the careless behavior continues, he should be fired.

LOL! Sorry, but I think it's funny. What an idiot! I think that most 17-18 year olds are old enough to figure out what goes on with homosexual couples, and if its not a conversation that's been had yet then this is definitely a good icebreaker.

The kids were all of legal age to view adult materials. I don't see what the big deal is.

Ohh please .... people fall out of tops while singing in front of millions, the wrong file is clicked on ..... it happens. Wonder Woman fell out of her outfit, well, many times would be my guess, but once it was caught on tape.
Can't see how it is a big deal really ....

Spare me. The embarassment was enough. If there was a kid there who hadn't seen that stuff before this, its a miracle.

I wouldn't want anything done. It MIGHT lead to and expansion on a topic we've already covered - what it means to be gay, etc. But at 17 & 18 I seriously doubt it.

Hell, I'm straight and I've looked up gay porn just see what it looks like. Boring. I'll take the straight early 80's stuff instead.

I wouldn't want anything done. His embarrassment is sufficient.
This was avoidable had he followed company procedure. I don't think he should be fired and I think they should lift the suspension.
Porn is accessible to any teenager who has internet access and a couple of minutes alone. It may have been shocking given that it was the last thing anyone expected, however I imagine the actual content wasn't that shocking to a group of 16+ year old students.
