I am 25 years old mum,i have 2 babies 30 month old and 3 month old

In my 2 pregnancies i didnot gain over weight and after birth i loss more than weight that be gained during pregnancy.

The proplem that my abdomen became flaccid with little increase in size,i didnot know what can i do at home to overcome this proplem in short time.

I cannot go to jim or making diet (i donot eat much)

Dont be so hard on yourself you only gave birth 3 months ago. A womans stomach can take a year to be back the way it was.

Eat a healthy diet and exercise gently to tone the tummy. But hey girl give yourself a break you are aloud to have a soft tummy your a mum!

you don't have to go to a gym to get in shape, just walking in place or doing abdominal exercises at home once a day for thirty minutes a day helps. if you're talking about having extra skin and stretch marks, there's not much you can do other than massage it with lotions that have lots of vitamin E in them to help your collagen regain its elasticity. or you could spend a ton of money on a tummy tuck but that's going to extremes. other than that, i don't have much else to say except that this is a debate forum and unless you want it to become a debate, be careful what you post, lol.
