A toddler has survived being thrown from a car that hit a tree near Sydney.

The one-year-old girl suffered a serious head injury and was airlifted to Westmead Hospital from the crash site, at Pheasants Nest, south of Sydney.

A couple had to be cut from the wreck.

A 41-year-old man with head injuries was airlifted with the girl to hospital, while a 23-year-old woman suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at Liverpool Hospital.

The car hit at a tree on Pheasants Nest Road about 2am (AEDT) on Sunday

In light of the recent conversation about sterilising disabled people....these are the parents who need sterilisation!

Yep. take it all. Keep them from having any more kids. They can't raise the one they have without nearly killing it through their own stupidity.

LOL, it does say they were "believed to be drunk" on the video. Of course it can't be proven until's an early report but they wouldn't say it if there wasn't sufficient evidence except for a blood test.

That's sad, but it doesn't say that the parents were drunk - just that it was believed they were - not proven. Who's to say what happened from the info given. I certainly wouldn't want to start sterilizing people just yet.
