Everyone has had a past and if we all dig deep enough we could all come up with an excuse to be shitty at the world.

For me, it is about how you manage through the shit. Only then can it make you stronger.

Yes. Because if you don't have obstacles in your life and learn from them you really can't grow emotionally and mentally. I can say that through experiences of my own that I FELT like I was going to die, but I just picked myself back up and learned that for the future I wasn't going to make that same mistake again.

I do fully agree. Every thing we do is about learning and with learning we make mistakes and if we let those mistakes rule us we get weak but if we move forward and learn from the mistake how could we possibly not get stronger?

Yes I do agree with this statement the human body is a wonderful thing and people under estimate what they can achieve and when backed into a corner every body surprises themselves.
