Can anyone give me advise on discipline, my 18mnth old has recently discoved that i can't chase her..it's fine at home cause i do finally catch up but when we go out she just runs away and ignores me no matter how i punish her she just knows at that moment i can't..its hard to keep getting someone to chase her if my hubby's not around. thing is she's also very sensitive to my disability she gets very upset if i fall and always tries to help me up. i just want her to have a natural attitude to my disability and not forced thru punishment..any helpful ideas. anything will be appreciated.

HI, I suggest that if she is not in a stroller the buy one of the harnesses, my daughter lovers her one (cause it is a frog shape) and when she does try to run away from me she really cant get too far. When it is at home maybe just ignore her and turn the other way, my daughter hates it and will always come back to me or i count to 3 and she knows that on 3 i mean business. Everything is trial and error but i wish u luck :) hope it helps

Hey i don't have any advise to give you really, but having a toddler the same age as your I can only imagine. I'm so sorry that your going through this. Sounds like you have a good husband that helps when he can. I wish you all the best and I'll ask around to see if I can find you any suggestions.
