I need a recommendation for my son's eczema. His face, and the creases of his skin won't seem to clear up.

We use dove body wash for sensitve skin. We use aveno for eczema. Yes Aveno has there own product for eczema. I buy it online cause the target we shop at here dosnt sell it. We wash her clothes in All free ( of dyes or perfumes). We also dont put any dryer sheets in the dryer also. My brother in law breaks out from dryer sheets. We put the loation on Twice or 3 times a day and so far she is doing great. Not all skin problems is a sign of a food allergy. If you live in a dry climinte like I do you are most like to have eczema. Climite is one factor of EcZema.I took my duahger in when she delevoped the rash and she isnt allergic to anything at all. She has coin shaped Eczema.

I did everything people recommended, everything i could think of, everything the dr recommended, but nothing worked! It was very frustrating. I found QV at a chemist, and it cleared my daughter up very quickly.. i buy the big tub for $15 and it seems to last ages.

I agree with aveeno. My son gets it really bad,I use all the baby aveeno products daily and his exema does not act up as much as it did.The Dr.also prescribe hydrocordisone cream and that works really well too,I only use that on the spots were the exema is.

I had the same problem with my daughter a few months back ended up having to go to a child dermatologist and get a prescription for it. She was covered from head to toe in eczema. We tried the Aveeno, we've tried all the baby lotions, eurcerin, nothing worked until the dermatologist prescribed an ointment for her Betamethasone. I would talk with your pediatrician and maybe ask to see a dermatologist.

Hi Stephanie, my son went through a bad episode of eczema a few months ago. The best thing that worked for him was the Aveeno Baby Lotion. Also, I only washed his face with water and no soap...then I applied the lotion every 3-4 hours, or whenever I changed his daiper. Good luck! HTH
