my son can't have any cheese or eggs or anything with dairy in the food it is so hard finding products that are right for him certain things go through him he is on a very bland and dry diet. we have give him soya and rice milk he does not like them at all the soya milk made him sick so we had to take him off it the doctor told us to but him back on his baby milk just until he gets seen at the hospital.thanxs for the replay take care.

my son is slighty lactose intolerant, and we give him childrens soy milk made by Silk, it has all the vitimins regular milk has, as far as regular food goes, he usually has eggs or waffles for breakfast, he still has his gerber graduate meals for lunch and dinner is rice or mashed potato with some kind of meat and steamed veggies. he snacks on fruit a lot and the occasional potato chip. we still give him cheese every now and than but thats because he loves it so much, and that doesnt seem to affect him too badly. we found the biggest change happen when we switch from regular milk to soy...his poops went from really loose to a looking like a rock.
