Too soon to start potty training?

My daughter has been sitting on the potty on occasion for months and loves to watch her 2 older brothers use the bathroom. She seems interested, so this week I decided to get serious about potty training. I have her wearing cotton training pants. When she starts peeing, she will tell me "I go pee." At that cue, or if I see her starting to pee, I take her to the potty and usually she finishes the job there. Sometimes, it is too late, so we just clean up the accident & move on. When she is successful on the potty, I put a reward sticker on her potty chart and give her an M&M. She seems to get excited about the reward. I haven't pushed her to do anything and she doesn't fuss about being on the potty, but I'm wondering if she is still too little to be potty trained and if this is just an exercise in frustration. My two older sons were both potty trained in a matter of weeks with no problems, but they were 27 months old when I started to potty train them. What do you think? I would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

my daughter has been potty trained for about a month now it only took her one day she basically told me she was ready when she took a pooping diaper off and dumped it in the potty i didnt have any problems and the only problem i came across was at first we would give her one m&m for teetee and 2 m&ms for poop then about 2 weeks after she was potty trained we stopped then we notice she was having alot of accidents so we went back to giving treats and she has done fine since. i def. dont think it is too early but you have to remind consistent with whatever you do.
