Just drink Mummy magic weight loss tea half an hour before each meal time and you'll see a great difference. It'll not only help with your weight loss but also will settle your digestive system. I have a great experience with this magic tea.

I have a solution to get the weights and inches off by losing fat, not muscle. It worked for me and it can work for you!

You can go to the website www.cinchclub.com.

Email me at resully3470@yahoo.com if you want to know how I did it!

I'm in the same boat. I haven't lost much weight since I gave birth and its really depressing. I want to join weight watchers but have to wait until the $$ is better. Its hard b/c we live where its really cold (the Netherlands, before that WA) so its hard to take long walks outside most of the year. My husband is military and works long hours and many days so its hard to get to the gym. I really want an eliptical/treadmill for the house. Once again, will have to wait for the $$. But I think once I have that and weight watchers it will be easy.

nice to know I'm not alone. A lot of moms I know went right back to their pre pregnancy weight and at a year it was completely off. But I've always had a problem w/ weight. For me to lose it I have to workout 6 days a week and really watch what I eat.

yes I am having a hard time second time round. first time my weight just started to fall off at about three months after I had my daughter. I have just found out this time that I have an un- active thyriod whiches makes you retain or put on weight. apparently this can happen sometimes after you have a baby. keep trying. :) mel

I also did weight watchers. I did it online which was much more convenient for me. It worked great.

I have about 20lbs to lose too - what I'm trying to do is avoid skipping meals too, and eating more healthy foods. That is tough in itself. For exercise I also got one of the Biggest Loser -Jillian videos - the nice thing is it's only 20 minutes per day and it is very effective. She does strength, cardio and abs in that 20 minute workout. My husband even tried it and he thought it was tough. I got it at target and it was a good start for me.

i have only gone down 10 pounds in a year...i got about another 30-40 to go. but working out is hard with a baby cause most dvd's are like 45 minutes...but i got this pilates things at wal mart. it comes with a bar with resistance bands and a dvd. it has 3 different workouts on it plus a bonus arms work out. but each workout is really short and its not horribly hard to do. its mostly muscle control--but while your baby's taking a nap you can do that whole thing pretty quickly. you can do all 3 work outs-- and even do them again if you like. mix and match 'em anyway you want. but all of them focus on your core...and thats definitely my problem area

It's nice to know that we're not alone in this "struggle". I only gained 30lbs with my pregnancy and lost it all. However, it seems like the weight is dispersed(sp?) differently. I'm not one to count calories and figure out "numbers". I'm just trying to eat better; as I want my daughter to make healthy choices. Trying to fit a workout in the day is almost impossible. So....I have decided that I will set my alarm for 6:30am and do a half hour of cardio. I have decided not to add to this "workout" as I know if I make it too large, I will not stick with it. This morning was the first morning!

I totally feel your pain. A had my second son a year ago and have struggled to get the weight off. I am 4 pounds away from my pre-pregnancy weight but because I'm not able to workout very often my shape is nothing like it use to be. I would love to join a local gym but paying for the membership and additional cost for child care while you workout is tough to afford. I've tired weight watchers and it helped to get me eating the right type and amount of food but they also want you to workout and its just so hard when you have a child demanding your attention around the clock.

hey i feel your pain but the best form of excersise can be part of your routine, i found that long walks really sheds the weight because your contantly keeping your heart working itself, i purposely leave my car with no fuel in the drive for days so i will walk long distances (crazy i know) add a 20minute walk to the shops or even better town then youl be walking from shop to shop and burning calories upon doing so. its really hard to get motivated i started my dieting at the end of june and all i did was watch calories and walk alot intially i went to the gym 4 times a week but i think the key factor of my weight loss was my long walks!! take little one to the park or just to show them something new they love seeing new surroundings as you well know so take it to ur advantage. Although iv lost my baby weight i still have a tyre around my stomach that makes me look a whole dress size bigger any ideas on how to shift that!! x

You might also try getting the book "Eat This, Not That". I was told it's only 7 or 8 bucks and you can get it at Walmart or Target, etc. And this is gonna sound total stay-at-home mom, but I've started watching/recording Oprah. She's all about gettin healthy again, so you can learn some really great tips on her show.

i got my whole family involved! So that has helped out with everyone helping each other make good food choices! My husband is also "Dieting" with me. We have actually called it a "Lifestyle" change. We want to be able to show our daughter healthy eating lifestyles. (my husband and i have always delt with our weight, up and down all the time) So we completely threw out food (start of the year) that was bad for us and we have only kept healthy food in the house. And we have basically stopped going out to eat. Maybe twice in the past month (which is huge for us). Oh and we turned our garage into a workout center! And we are calorie counting and meal planning. It has helped alot. I have lost 10 pounds so far and my husband is down 22.

I love nutrition, i know alot about it. I am horrible with exercise. My husband is the complete opposite. He doesnt mind working out, but he doesnt have a clue about nutrition, so we help each other.

Well i have just started a new diet that seems to be working. I was fed up after a year so i am going for it!

I completely empathize. When I got pregnant I probably could have been 10 lbs lighter and then I gained another 42lbs during my pregnancy. I initally lost 20lbs but haven't lost anything else since, even though I was breastfeeding for 9 months! I even had a period of time where I was able to bring my son to the gym everyday for 2 weeks and I still didn't lose an ounce. It's sooo frustrating! My SIL is getting married in St. Lucia in May so I really have to find a way to lose weight. I cannot be seen in a bathing suit by all of my relatives looking like this. Sometimes I think I'll just have to accept my size now, but I know I'm not really happy that way. I'll keep you posted on if anything works for me in the coming months. Good luck!

WW is 39.95/mo if you go to (unlimited) meetings (or 12 if you just pay each week) or if you do it solely online, I think it's only $16/mo. You could join, and then maybe go only once a month? With it being the beginning of the year, I'm pretty sure they have no registration fees right now. We are military, so when my daughter gets accepted into a childcare program, I will start using the gym on base. I looked into our local rec center (vs. the YMCA or a local gym), and the only wanted $15/YEAR instead of paying $60+/month. You might look into something like that

Amanda, same here. The gym I would like to go to is pretty expensive and it's not nearby. Eating more healthily (is that a word?) is a good start and I'm going to do my best to eat right. I don't feel like I've been eating terribly, but I could eat better. Skipping meals (like I've done a lot of) does not equal weight loss. I am not an overeater so I don't think the diet pills curbing my appetite will do anything for me. I had wanted to try Hoodia, but there are so many out there and again...I don't need to eat less, just better stuff. I've been looking through this book that is called Skinny Bitch. Anyone heard of it?

LOL, Olivia. My husband's sister is getting married at the end of August, and I'm a bridesmaid. I feel the same way! I'm going to give myself a new challenge: I would like to try and run a 3k. I'm not much of a runner, but it will be a personal challenge and help me get in shape. Now, I just have to convince my husband to buy me a treadmill with some tax refund money......

My sister is getting married... a short engagement of 4 months and I am maid of honor. I would not like to look like a sausage in the photos. Good idea about the child care at the gym.

I joined a gym that has child minding...however their childminding hours are only either very early in the morning or late in the evening. There's so much snow that I can't even go out with the stroller. The stroller gets stuck or I have to lift and carry it over snowbanks and end up hurting myself.

Hopefully spring comes soon! :)

All of you have made some progress. I gained 32 lbs being pregnant and have only lost 10 in a whole year. So depressing when I need to lose an additional 15 on top of that. So I have 37 lbs to lose. I am trying to eat healthier on maybe go vegetarian, as my husband is. What I really need is exercise, but with the baby it's so hard. I stroller as much as possible, but obviously it's not enough.

Yes, I know how you feel!

I gained almost 60 lbs when I was pregnant..I lost 30lbs almost right away, but the last half won't go away.

I've tried many different diets and workouts..and nothing has come off. Not even a pound!

I understand you! I still have 10 pounds to lose. Becky's right though weight watchers really works. I used it couple of years ago and lost 20 pounds. I just haven't been dedicated to it this time around. But don't fret about it...if you do then you'll never lose the weight.

Weight Watchers! I'm 4 lbs away from the day I found out I was pregnant. I gained 70 lbs, and I've been on WW since the very end of March. I promise, it works!

I still have the last 10 pounds to take off. After sometime I reached a platau with loosing. With a 1 year old, some days it is just to hard to watch what I eat. I never had a sweet tooth until I had my daughter. Now, I have trouble staying out of the cookies.  I just try to take it one day at a time and do the best that I can.

I feel your pain!  I gained 70 pounds with my son and still have about 15 to lose.  It's so hard to find time to exercise or eat right with a 1-year old, isn't it?  I have The Biggest Loser Cardio Blast DVD and it's great... when I can find the time for it.  It's a really good workout and Jillian and Bob aren't annoying like a lot of the video instructors.  Counting calories and writing down everything I eat has helped me in the past.  Now that I've given you advice, I'm going to try to listen to it myself.  Good luck!
