Yeah, me too. It's always that last little bit that seems to hang on forever. I've had 3 other kids besides my 8 month old boy, and every time I've had to wait till I was done breastfeeding, then diet and exercise were the only way I've been able to do it. Good luck!

Hi there! I can sympathize with you. I still have about 15lbs to lose to get back to pre-baby weight. My baby weaned herself from breastfeeding at about 7 months (she is 8 1/2 months now). Until my daughter weaned herself though, I did not try to lose the weight. I felt it was my body's way of doing what was necessary for the good of my baby. As long as you are eating well, you should continue doing that. Don't severely restrict your eating while you are breastfeeding! Exercise is the only other way to achieve weight loss. If you could add a bit more exercise every day, you may find you will lose some weight. Start out with 10 minutes and work up to more time and intensity. But I wouldn't expect to get back to pre-baby weight until after you are done breastfeeding.

As for me, now that my baby is being formula fed, I have to get back on track and start a diet and exercise routine. I keep putting it off but I don't fit into my old clothes and I will have to head back to work before long!

Good luck to you!
