I hear you on this one, I also am getting ready to take the bottle from my baby who is 15 months. He drinks from a sippy during the day and I do give him a bottle at night but I think he can do without it, although he doesnt always sleep through the night, this is the main reason I havent taken it from him already. He is the last baby I am having and I think I have a bigger problem with it than he does. He is addicted to the paci when he is sleeping though so I think this might make the transition of taking the bottle a little easier, until I take the paci from him that is, but I dont plan to do that for a while.

Ya I give him a sippy during the day and bottle at night too. I think I will start filling it with water though so he dosn't get rotten teeth! My other kids did fine when I took the bottle away, my son cries and cries and then I feel bad =(

Both of my kids wanted a bottle at night. yes my son is 15 months old as well. During the day he uses a sippy cup, or drinks with a straw cup. At night. I give him a Nuby sippy cup. The nipples are soft like a bottle and her had no problem adjusting to it. At Wal-Mart they are a little over a $1.00, I want to say $1.25. They are the only cups that we use at night, it keeps the comfort with him. Sometimes he doesn't even drink it its just soothing. I hope this helps a little!

My son is also 15 months and still uses the bottle at night. I give him a sippy cup or a regular cup during the day, but in the evening the bottle is comforting for him. I don't have a problem with it, I think he's still young. I wouldn't worry too much, how have your other kids done with letting go of the bottle? :)
