Diaper Causing Rashes Due to Company Changing Diaper

Since my son was born, I have always used Pampers, with no problems at all. I recently switched my son from size 2 to 3. I always bought swaddlers, as I didn't like Baby dry, as I found he was more likely to pee through them. Unfourtunatly, Swaddlers only go up to size 2, so I switched him to Cruiser's. The first box I had had liners in the diapers. They fit him great and we had no problems in them. With the second box we bought, we noticed that Pampers has changed the way they make them, aking out that liner. Now, my son has NEVER had a diaper rash before. But since putting him in these new diapers, he had been breaking out ALL the time with severe rashes (No, it's not because he's allergic to any food. No, he hasn't been teething. And I HAVE been bathing him every other night as directed by my pediatician AND I change his bum pretty much every time he pee/poops. My doctor told me that even the CLEANIST babies get rashes). I am VERY upset that the new diaers have been doing this. Has anone else had this issue with the new Pampers? I cannot use Huggies, as he pee's right through them. So does anyone know of a genaric brand thats similar to the old Pampers?

l like using Parent's Choice from Sam's Club. The only drawback is they cost over $30 a box but price per diaper is less than diapers in smaller packages.
