I was supposed to be induced at 39 weeks since this is my third child and my labors go VERY fast but even though I am 1 cm dilated, the cervix is still high and posterior so doc can't do an induction. I am beyond disappointed. I haven't slept well in about a month and trying to take care of my other two little ones is impossible. They want to be out playing and I just can't do it!
Anyone else feeling my pain??

It really is just a waiting game. My husband works in NYC and we live in CT so every day he goes off to work and I worry that he won't make it back in time if I need him.
I go back tot he doctor tomorrow to get checked again but I don't think it's really going to matter!! I can't take much more of this...

Yes! I finally had a breakdown last night. My poor husband, he's so good. I have a 2 year old and want desperately to play with him. Anything and everything is such a hassle. While I"m not looking to be induced, I was given false hope of labor at 36 weeks and have been feeling like a ticking time bomb since. I was admitted 3 weeks ago for regular, painful contractions and progressed from 1 to 3cm. The contractions stopped and we were sent home. The nurses/doctors told me it would probably happen for real soon....WELL that was 3 weeks ago! I"m just so ready to be done. But we know it can't be any longer than another week or so. Hold strong, I'm trying to anyway. :)
