I would let your OB know ASAP, bleeding during pregnancy is only normal during the first trimester. At that point it can be caused by implantation, but should still be checked out. Later in pregnancy it can be indicating a placental problem. Placenta previa (placenta covering cervix) placenta abruption (separating from uterus), if not checked out these can mean baby isn't getting what needed for nourishment from the placenta or that you are at risk of preterm labor or hemmoraging. I have placenta previa and bleeding in the third trimester is the most common symptom. It can be very serious and be
Quite limited activity or bed rest to control the risks. Also placental abruption is a great risk to your baby, and bleeding can indicate that so you really need to see your dr and rule these out ASAP.
