As a general rule, as long as baby is eating well, dirtying/wetting enough diapers and staying on about the same growth curve, they're fine :) Like Amy said, babies come in all shapes and sizes. Not all are roly poly little meatballs :P Your baby might just be petite :)
If you are concerned though, bring it up to your doctor. They'll be able to give yo more information and put your mind at ease :)

Just like Amy said...all shapes and sizes are normal. I've had some comments that my 6 month old girl is too small. She's 11lbs6oz now (6lb12oz at birth), but she can sit alone, roll over, and has met all the other 'milestones' that are published everywhere. Doc doesn't seem to think there's a problem. She's just petite...like me!

Everyone comes in different shapes and sizes that's what makes us unique. If your doctor hasn't expressed concern then you shouldn't worry about it.
