My ten month old started walking about a month ago and has basically been barefoot since she was born. I tried to get her some shoes for when we go out but she refuses to walk with shoes on her feet...any suggestions on lightweight shoes or anything!?

my daughter is normally barefoot b/c she won't keep shoes on her feet, but I like to get keds mary janes, but theyre not soft. I've never used robeez b/c they look like slippers to me, but I have friends that use them and love them! Since she's walking, don't waste your money on the real ones, get the target brand. they have no soles, so her walking in them would just tear them up.
You know, I think stride rite (though they are expensive) has a shoe that might work. http://www.striderite.com/jump.jsp?itemI... Try some of those! They're supposed to help walking! =)

Robeeze!! Wonderful shoe!! should be able to find them in any place that sells baby stuff. they are made of all leather and like a slipper but tough! Great for baby to find his own balance without the interferance of hard shoes!!
