A Twist on French Toast

My mother in law shared this one with me.

Eggs and milk beaten together then add flour and mix well making a batter, not too thick
DIp "frozen" bread into the mixture and fry in oil. (make sure your oil is nice and hot)

I know its fattening but we eat it only on special occasion. It will fluff up and come out golden brown.

You can make this one better by adding vanilla & cinnamon. Extremely delish!
