Bake everything! Forget frying!

I am now baking all my meals. I like to eat fried food but i know its unhealthy plus i just hate to fry! Its a mess afterwards and the house just smells like fried food like myself! I choose to bake Chicken, Ribs, & anything i can. As side dishes my daughter enjoys mac n' cheese or potatoes. And for our vegetable we have green beans & corn in every meal we eat. Suprisingly she never gets sick of corn & green beans:) So yea i just bake everything:)

Have you baked doughnuts? I like to bake sweet potato fries but hate how they stick to the pan. I've used my cast iron pan, aluminum foil and parchment paper and they always stick. I coat them with EVOO and some spices. Any tips?

ok sounds like you need my oven fried chicken recipe.it taste like the real thing...i promise you..

take boneless\skinless chicken and let it sit in buttermilk (plain milk is fine to) for about 2mins.

pre heat oven to 360*

in a bowl combined crushed cornflakes 2tablespoons of flour and salt and peper.you may have to add more.depending on how much you make.cover chicken n cornflake mix and place on a oiled cookie sheet.spray top of chicken with oil and cook for 30 to 40mins

and heres a good french frie recipe your daugther will like.

cut up potatoes fries size and soke for a hour in water and a teaspoon of suger

then combin in a bowl with potatoes salt,peper and paprika.cover potatoes in mix and layer on oiled cookie sheet cook for 30 to 40 mins.they taste great and are low in fat and caloires.
