4 salmon steaks (fresh or frozen)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. dry tarragon
1/4 tsp. dry dill weed
1 tsp. lemon juice
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking dish with cooking oil. Rinse salmon and pat dry; arrange in baking dish. Mix all the other ingredients with the mayonnaise. Brush with mayonnaise mixture, creating a layer on the salmon. Bake at 425 F for 15 to 20 minutes OR for broil on high for 18 minutes. Serve with red boiled potatoes and asparagus or broccoli. Serves 4.
You can also change the taste of the dish by adding different spices to the mayo.

MMMMM, thats so good I do that with my salmon as well.Another one is , make a bed of fresh spinich on the bakeing dish, wash and pat your fish lay it on spinich and cut up fresh dill ,or onion garlic and u can even slice lemons and lay on top of whatever u choose to flavour your fish and finally at the end I spray olive oil on the top and place in the oven untill its cooked.
