Balsamic Chicken

Thaw frozen chicken breasts 1-2 lb. put chicken on medium heat in skillet with water (keep lid on)boil until chicken looks done (usually both sides are good and white). Take lid off and continue to cook on high until water goes down abit. Sprinkle chicken with salt,pepper, garlic powder . Next take light balsamic salad dressing and pour over chicken. I usually use about half of a small bottle for 4-5 breasts. Turn heat down to a little over medium as the dressing starts to carmalize I start chopping the chicken into pieces. The longer you cook the chiken it will get a crunchy layer to make it taste breaded. You can continue to add more dresssing if skillet gets to dry. When you are done the dressing should all be absorbed. You can then throw this on rice , noodlesor salad which is our favorite and enjoy. My kids love this!
