Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 lbs chicken breast (3 large breasts)

1 block of cream cheese

2 lbs. shredded chedder cheese

1 cup Natrually Fresh Lite Ranch (In the produce section)

1 cup Franks Hot Sauce



Boil chicken until cooked all the way through.

Shred chicken into small pieces

Put chicken into large mixing bowl.

Add block of cream cheese to chicken in bowl

Add one cup of Ranch

Add one cup of Franks Hot Sauce

Add half the bag of shredded chz (1 lb.)



Mix all the ingredients together until mixture is consistent

Spread mixture into a rectangular cake pan, or into two smaller square pans

Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the mixture



Bake mixture in oven at 425* until cheese on top is golden brown



This dip is great with Pita Chips!

This is a great dip but I just buy a rotisary chicken from the supermarket, cuts time in half, and i notice it shreads better.

This is one of my favorites except I too use canned chicken.  It is a great source of protein!
