Chicken and rice

Chicken breast (boneless and skinless) cream of chicken soup margarine

bread crumbs Salt and pepper ( to your liking) rice pilaf

Cut up chicken breast in bite size pieces, use more or less depending on how many you are feeding. I use about a pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast. And 2 tablespoons margarine and part cook it in the microwave about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in 1 can of cream of chicken soup. Salt and pepper to taste. Put bread crumbs over the top, Bake in the oven at a preheated temp of 350. Bake for about 30 minutes. Prepare Near east rice pilaf as directed. To sever place chicken over rice and enjoy. Feeds about 4 people.
