Chicken Casserole

3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 container of sour cream
4 packages of Ritz Crackers
1 can cream of mushroom soup
chicken broth (from your boiled chicken)

boil your chicken til done

in casserole dish crumble two packs of Ritz crackers finely on bottom

in separate bowl mix sour cream, cream of mushroom soup and chicken broth (use enough til mixture is creamy

in your casserole dish crumble your chicken in small pieces on top of your Ritz crackers

pour your mixture over the top and crumble last two packs of Ritz crackers on top

Bake at 375 - 400 til crackers begin to brown

take out and serve

I made this recipe this morning. Very good flavor. I however made a few alterations. I used one can of fat free cream of chicken soup, 1-16oz container of fat free sour cream. Salt Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder. Buffie has a great recipe that you can do so much with! Thanks, my family loves it.
