my husband saw this on the cooking channel...you boil the chicken (whatever piece you want) until it's done. then coat it with eggs and a flour mixture (with whatever kind of seasonings you like). then fry. it's juicy and by far the best fried chicken I've ever had. I was amazed. Good luck!

It won't let me edit! I usually put aluminum foil over the pan to keep the juices in!

Choose a pan size that feeds your family. Cut up potatoes, carrots, and onions into the bottom. Open a can or two of cream of mushroom soup to add to the pan, then sprinkle a package of onion soup mix on top of that. Add the chicken legs or drumsticks to the top and bake for about an hour at 350 degrees.

We love to experiment with different "crunchy" ideas--I use boneless, skinless breasts, but I'm sure it'd work the same. Some of our favorites have been Crispy Rice Cereal mixed with powdered Ranch Dressing mix, Corn Flakes, Sun Chips, and Doritos. Have fun with it!

my kitchen cupboard is filled with differnt sauces and marinades for chicken. BBQ suace is always a winner but lemon marinade, sweet chilli or simple salt and pepper rub are all very tasty and can be made or bought relativly cheap :) x

Try BBQ roasted chicken! Season the chicken with the spices u like and turn the oven on to 400 degrees place the chicken on a foil lined cookie sheet and cook uncovered for about 1hr. Add the sauce at the last 15 minutes and turn of the oven. My family loves it!!!

I've made this for my children and grandchildren. They love it.
MIX 2 eggs, garlic powder,(I don't use salt ), pepper. The amount you use, depends on your taste. I also sprinkle a little dill in it. Crush corn flakes and dip chicken legs, etc, then roll in corn flakes. Bake at 350 until done. It makes them crispy, and they are baked, not fried.
