Chicken on Sunday

This is a great recipe to make when you know your eveing is going to be busy, make it early throw it in the oven and serve wheneer you're hungry.



1 Whole fryer cut up 1 envelope onion soup mix (DO NOT ADD THE WATER)

2 c instant rice 1 soup can of milk

2 cans cream of mushroom soup



In a 9 X 13 cake pan or cassarole dish mix rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk and half of the onion soup mix. Place chicken on top of rice, place the smaller peices toward the middle of the dish. Sprinkle the remaining onion soup mix over top and cover with foil. Bake at 250 for at least 2 hours, I bake for 4 hours and the chicken falls off the bone!
