1-1/2 tsp cold water
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBSP cider vinegar
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
6 skinless chicken thighs

3. Place chicken pieces in a lightly greased 9x13” baking dish. Brush chicken with the sauce. Turn pieces over, and brush again.
4. Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes. Turn pieces over, and bake for another 30 minutes, until no longer pink and juices run clear. Brush with sauce every 10 minutes during cooking.

Hey YOU! = ) well,..... lol i hope you like mexican food. its fairly simple and fullfilling ready... its called mole (mole- lay) thats how its pronounced. its bomb fast and easy and you dont have to fry! you get what everchicken you have boil it with chicken broth to taste. when its cooked take out the chcken save the chicken broth you can buy the mole in the mexican aisle at any store. it comes in brown and green. the green one is just made out of pumpkin seeds. the brown one is made out of chilli but its not spicy at all. next you take the mole and stir in the chkn broth a little at a time. dont use all the chkn broth you just need enough to disolve the mole and cover all the chicken. make sure you atir constantly bcuz it can burn fast. it thickens too. after its done disolved add the chkn and serve with rice n beans...its comes out BOMB! simlpe spanish rice brown the rice with a hot skillet if you dont want to use alittle oil add as much water as much as you would white rice. (with the chkn broth you have from boiling the chkn is greatt o use for favor) ok so u add water, chicken broth to taste, tomatoe sauce for color, alittle garlic salt, and cumin just a pinch or two. optional. it comes out yummy! i hope you enjoy!!!

Get some simmer sauce and wrap each thigh in foil with a bit of the sauce [enough to just cover the thighs] then roast or steam them. Serve with steamed veg and rice, and you have a nice, low fat, low grease meal.

The simmer sauce acts like a marinade while cooking, and ads a nice, subtle flavour to the meat.

Easiest thing ever.... get a glass dish throw the chicken thighs in there with cream of mushroom and bake on 350 for 20-30 minutes. If you want to want to jazz it up add diced celery a little bit of sour cream, diced green pepper and cream of celery. Same thing bake. You can do some rice with it and use the gravy from the chicken for the rice.

Hi there!
Take some curd , add ground coriander or parsley leaves, ginger , garlic. Add some salt and leave it to marinade in for an hour or two. Now take a pan n add little oil and heat it...now add the marinaded chicken and let it cook on high flame first and gradually on low flame(it will give out a lot of water ..just dry the water)

Season the thighs with salt & pepper (& garlic salt if you like garlic), then brown them real quick in a tiny bit of oil on med-high, just to brown the outside. Then in a baking pan (8x8 or 9x9- the more you make the bigger the pan of course) sprayed with no-stick stuff, put in a can of cream of mushroom soup, a (soup) can of instant rice, and about 3/4 can of water or chicken broth. Stir this together a bit, lay the chicken on top. Cover with foil & bake about 45 minutes at 340. Easy & yummy, & you can add frozen veggies or whatever to the rice & soup if you want.

my family loves it when I bake them in cream of chicken soup. You do need to fry them first but what I do to cut down the grease is I fry them till half done or almost completely done then I bake them the rest of the way in the oven.....then I mix cream of chicken soup and about half a can of water in a cake pan.....I put the chicken in the mix and bake for about another half an hour to an hour and then I use the sauce to put over potaoes.

if you put cream of mushroom soup in the bottom of a baking dish and place the chicken on top with a little of your favorite seasoning and cover with foil cook at 350 untill they are done all the way thru ... its really great my daughter loves it you can make chicken alfredo chicken and dumplings or soak them overnight in a marinade of lemonjuice water and minced, garlic, pepper ,lemon pepper its best if you place them in a ziploc bag then you can wrap them in foil and bake them all of these are great with garlic toast !!!

You could try a quick and simple curry. All you need is 2 tbsps of curry powder. Tin of coconut milk, a tin of mangoes a couple of potatos, your chicken thigh fillets and some greens (like beans or sugar snap peas) basicly whatever vegies you have on hand. Chuck in a pot and simmer for around a half hour, and serve with plain rice. Simple. ;)

Place a slice or two of lime in the centre of each thigh. Then rub crushed garlic, small amount of butter or marg plus basic seasoning onto the outside of the thigh. Wrap in aluminum foil, and bake in overn till cooked around 35mins on 200degrees. ;)

you can take ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, brown sugar and seasonings (sometimes I put in worchestershire sauce and some vinegar ) and make a homemade sauce for the chicken and broil it instead of frying.
