Cream of Mushroom Meatloaf

1 lb of ground beef.

1 egg

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

chopeed onions and choped celery

salt and pepper and garlic

1 bx of stove top savory mushroom

white rice

peas and carrots

seperate the cream of mushroom soup into halves.

combine all ingredients except for the first half of the soup. place into a greases meatloaf pot and place in oven for 45 min at 375. some ovens may take more or less time. Loaf is ready when the toothpick comes out clean. While cooking make white rice to set your meatloaf slices on. I like to mix white rice with peas and carrots. Mix remainder of soup with half a cup of milk, and pinch of garlic. salt and pepper to taste. warm soup (will be used as your gravy) Mushrrom lover will go crazy!
