Try the bleu cheese flank steak and simple slow cooked pork roast on the sample menu of www.faithfuldinners.com. Every week there are more crock-pot recipes on the menu!

Yes! You can use either a whole chx. or a beef chuck roast, my favorite! Spray crock-pot with Pam, place cut veges, carrots and potatoes (new potatoes, their white) in first. Add raw meat, pour one can cream of celery soup over meat, sprinkle one pack of Lipton dry onion soup mix over top. Seal with a sheet of alluminum foil and place the lid on, set on low for the day, come evening time, WALLAH!! You have a fantastic tasting dinner complete with gravy. Bake up some pop-up rolls and there's your dinner. Some of my kids are now grown and they make this themselves now, they always loved the way it made the house smell as it was cooking. Enjoy!!
