Chicken Campanelle

1 package Foster Farms pre-marinated Island Teriyaki chicken breasts.
1 16oz can of diced tomatoes
1/2 cup or 8oz of chicken broth
2 cups of Campanelle noodles
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/2 cup of half & half

Cook the chicken breasts (1tsp of butter is optional when frying your chicken) in a frying pan for about 5-6 on each side, add your diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Cover and simmer (flipping chicken about every 10 minutes) for 20 minutes. In a side bowl mix your sour cream and half & half together. After the chicken and tomatoes have cooked for 20 minutes remove your chicken from the pan and place on a cutting board to rest for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile add in your sour cream mixture to the tomatoes and let your tomatoes and sour cream mixture simmer for about 5 minutes. While that is simmering cut your chicken up into cubes and place back into the pan. Once your noodles are done cooking add everything together and you've got a wonderful dinner for 6.

I came up with this recipe one night when I didn't really have anything else in my cupboard. My kids and husband just loved it. It's a winner for everyone.
