One grham cracker crust

one box instant vanilla pudding

powdered sugar

creamy peanut butter

Cool-Whip

Make pudding according to directions. Take a large spoon full of peanutbutter and mix with some powdered sugar, using a fork. You want this mixture to be like crumbles. It will take a little bit, add more powdered sugar if needed. When done with peanut butter mix... sprinkle some into the crust, then layer on pudding, then more peanut butter mix, then cool-whip, and more peanut butter mix.

You can make as little or as much peanut butter mix, whichever you like most more peanut butter taste or less. This pie is a little messy, but I say the messier the tastier!!

Robyn, I have tried chocolate before it is good but i do like the vanilla better, all on what you prefer.

Have you tried this with chocolate pudding? I am wondering which way is better and I am a huge chocolate and peanut butter fan! Thanks for sharing!

Erin,

That sounds delish! I make a lot of "triffles", so I'm really excited about adding a layer of your peanutbutter mix as a layer!
