Enchilada Pie

1 1/2 Lb ground beef

1 Large onion

1 clove garlic minced

1 tsp of salt1

tsp chili powder

1 Tsp cumin seed

Lrg pinch oregano

2 8 oz can tomato sauce

1 can olives cut in half

1 lb grated mixed Spanish cheese

1 Pkg tortillas cut in half ( about 10 tortillas)

water as needed

Brown meat in skillet, stirring with fork to break up the meat add onions and garlic cook until onions is tender stir in salt, chili powder, oregano, cumin, olives and tomato sauce heat.Layer tortillas on bottom of Pyrex dish 11/2 to 2 qrt casserole then punt the meat over the tortilla then cheese Alternate layers of tortilla, meat, cheese ending with the meat and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 min melting the cheese
