2 egg whites
dash of salt
2/3 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
6 oz mini morsels
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Pre heat oven 350.
Whip the egg whites at room temperature till foamy in mixer on high. Add salt. Slowly pour in sugar 2 TB at a time till stiff peak forms. Fold in vanilla and chips-nuts.
Drop mixture onto cookie sheet lined with tin foil.
Make each cookie about 2 inches apart.
Place in oven. Turn off oven. Leave in the oven undisturbed for at least 12 hours.

I do this after dinner time and overnight. Ready in the morning.
Makes 3 dozen.
Light fluffy - crunchy cookies.

Hello Shelly - these sound lovely. I'm from UK, can you tell me how much 2/3 cup of sugar is in grams or ounces please?

Also, what are mini morsels?

Thanks. Norma.
