Grilled Chicken Salad

1 small boneless, skinless chicken breast per person -- seasoned and grilled

salad greens

cucumbers

tomatoes

green pepper

blue cheese

dried cherries or cranberries

balsamic vinegar

olive oil

salt & pepper



Season & grill chicken.

Make individual salads using ingredients above (add/change to taste).

Place chicken on top of salad, drizzle with oil & vinegar and season. Enjoy!
