My daughter loves Tater Tot Casserole. 1 lb of ground beef...browned and drained. Add hamburger to 1 large can of cream of mushroom, or 3 regular cans of the same, mix. Top with Tater tots, bake at 350 until tater tots are brown and crispy. Hope you like it as much as we do!

This is a caserole that my mom always made, the only thing I dodifferent is instead of using elbow macaroni, I used the cheap box macaroni dinner and the cheese packet that comes with it too. First brown a pound of hamburger - I usually cut up an onion and cook it along with the hamburger. Once the meat is brown add 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 1 can of diced tomatoes, a spash of worchestshire, and a blob of ketchup. In the meantime boil the macaroni according to pkg directions minus the salt. When the meat mixture is bubbly, drain macaroni and add to the meat along with cheese packet, 1 can of cream of celery soup. Mix and pour into casserole and top with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees untill bubbly. Let stand about 5 minutes before serving. I have never frozen it, but you could probably freeze without the cheese on top and then add it when you thaw to cook.

Take left over sloppy joes, add green pepper, onion, velveeta cheese, diced, or stewed tomatoes and cook some noodles, mix together, put in oven for 30-40 minutes at 350 and it is great use of left overs.

Press pizza dough into rectangel on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray spread evely with the meat mixture Roll up dough starting at one of the long sides Rearrange if necessary so roll is seam side down

Bake 20 to 25 min or until golden brown cut diagonally into six slices to serve/

I don't make ground beef often, heres what I could come up with...hope it helps.
Stuffed Peppers
Hamburgers (When I I just form the patties when I am separating the ground beef)
Various Hamburger helper style meals
Tamales (More of a make ahead meal that I make alot of, freeze and pull out as many as you need)
Crock pot Chilie-brown you ground beef using onions, garlic and seasonings. I usually use Darn Good Chilie Mix (follow directions) and cans of your choice of beans as many as you would like. Mix it all together in the crock pot, put on low heat and go about your day. Its great to come home to a slow cooked meal yummy!

Try this!

what you'll need:

1lb Hamburger

can of corn

package of instant potatoes

shredded cheese

1. Brown hamburger. Make your instant potatoes at the same time. Then place hamburger in a 1.5 or 2 qt dish. Layer with corn, potatoes then top with cheese (the more the better!) and add ketchup (for taste for kiddos) Bake at 350 for 20 min.

1 lbs Ground Beef

Pickle Relish

Sherred Cheese

3 Cups Instant Rice

Boil 3 cups of water, In a skilet cook your ground beef. Once your water starts boiling add your 3 cups of rice. Give it a quick stir, remove frome heat and cover with a lid and let stand for 5 minutes. When beef is done add the BBQ, Mustard, katchup, and reslish according to taste. Fluff the rice stir in the beef mixture and shredded cheese. You could also throw in bits of cooked bacon to make it bacon cheese burger rice.

From start to finish this dish it really only takes me about 20min and then I usually just serve it with some fresd fruit and a veggie side. This recipie also serves a family of 4 and we still have left overs.

I love to cook hamburger patties, then instead of putting them on a bun, take them out of the skillet and add a can of cream of mushroom soup, about a half cup of milk and a little onion soup mix. wisk it all together and then add the burgers back in. Make mashed potatoes on the side and use the mushroom soup as gravy. Served with corn, this is one of my kids favorite meals.

Add ground beef to speghetti sauce when you make speghetti.

Easy Lasagna

1 pound lean ground beef

1 onion, chopped

1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained

1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce

1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese

1 pint part-skim ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 eggs

1 (16 ounce) package lasagna noodles

8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

In a large skillet, cook and stir ground beef until brown. Add mushrooms and onions; saute until onions are transparent. Stir in pasta sauce, and heat through.

In a medium size bowl, combine cottage cheese, ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and eggs.

Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 inch pan. Layer with uncooked lasagna noodles, cheese mixture, mozzarella cheese, and meat sauce. Continue layering until all ingredients are used, reserving 1/2 cup mozzarella. Cover pan with aluminum foil.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, and top with remaining half cup of mozzarella cheese. Bake for an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven, and let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
