raw papaya is a very healthy veggie . most children detest it . the best way to feed them this veggie is to grate it, fry it with onions when making a mutton or a chicken curry. then nicely mixing it with all the spices before adding the meat. then pressure cooking it . this adds body to the curry and the child is happy to eat a healthy meal without realizing it .
