Healthy Meatballs & Pasta

Preheat over to gas mark 6.

Take 500g extra lean mince beef, and mix in 1 grated carrot, 1 crushed clove of garlic, 3 teaspoons Italian mixed herbs, 1 finely chopped onion.

Mix and shape into meatballs. Spracy baking tray with frylight and place on meatballs.

Cook for 20 mins.

Meanwhile make a tomato sauce with passata, tomatoes, herbs, garlic, mushrooms.

Cook pasta and serve - yum
